This coffee lot is the kind of Tanzania Peaberry we look for, with rare bright fruit notes and an excellent finish. This year crop have had very high market differentials making them very expensive, but we're happy to secure this lot that cups very high and priced well.

Cupping notes: sparkling acidity, creamy, caramel and black cherry. "Peaberry" is the grade given to the beans that grow inside the coffee cherry as a single bean rather than the typical twin beans that occur 90% of the time. It is believed that more nutrients go to the solo bean which explains the more intense flavor.
